Ministry of Money Co-Directors
Mike
Little has spent his career working with issues of homelessness and
affordable housing. He has been especially committed to Samaritan Inns, a
ministry providing treatment and housing for men and women recovering from
addictions. He began at Samaritan Inns 18 years ago and served in a variety of
capacities, including most recently as Executive Director. He has also worked
in shelters, soup kitchens, and as a job counselor. He is primarily motivated
by discipleship and is passionate about the church’s role in pursuing justice in
the world. He co-founded Lazarus Church, a worshipping community based in DC
which seeks to break barriers and build bridges between people of different
racial, economic, and social backgrounds. Mike lives in Silver Spring, MD with
his wife Victoria Roberts, Jakob (10) and Caitlin (8).
Jan
Sullivan, born and educated in Nebraska, moved to southern Pennsylvania
nearly fourteen years ago with her family. She has worked both professionally
and as a volunteer with faith-based not-for-profits for nearly twenty years – as
a professional fundraiser, program developer, writer, and retreat and third
world pilgrimage leader. Before her promotion to Co-Director, Jan was the
Ministry of Money Program and Communications Director for 9 years. Jan’s
spiritual journey and her ministry has led her around the globe – primarily
leading groups of North Americans on numerous spiritual pilgrimages to places of
great need - places such as Haiti, South and Central America, Eastern Africa,
India and impoverished rural and urban areas within the United States. Jan
is active in a small Mennonite congregation in Fairfield, PA and
works primarily from her home office in rural Pennsylvania.
